Who is High Potentials AI?

HP.AI LLC ("High Potentials AI") is a US-based company working on building artificial intelligence tools to accelerate human scientific discovery. We are guided by our mission to advance our collective understanding of the universe. High Potentials AI is a separate company from High Potentials AI Corp.

Who owns inputs and outputs?

You own the Inputs and Outputs. While you own QJS’s outputs, you grant High Potentials AI certain use rights pursuant to High Potentials AI’s Enterprise Terms. We do ask that you attribute the generated work to QJS as provided in High Potentials AI’s Brand Guidelines available on High Potentials AI’s legal website.

Does High Potentials AI train its models using your business data?

No, we do not use your business data, including inputs (prompts) or outputs (answers), for training our models. In some instances we may offer free credits in exchange for you agreeing to permit us to train on your business data.

What security measures does High Potentials AI use to protect customer data?

High Potentials AI's security measures are outlined in Appendix 2 of our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Does High Potentials AI support customers with compliance with the GDPR and other privacy laws?

Yes, if you submit personal data to our Services, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies and is automatically incorporated into our Enterprise Terms of Service.

Is High Potentials AI HIPAA compliant?

Under some circumstances, we can support a customer’s HIPAA compliance obligations. To inquire about a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), please complete our BAA Questionnaire. A member of our team will review your responses and reach out with next steps.

Does High Potentials AI look at or otherwise review business data, such as inputs?

High Potentials AI may use automated content classifiers and safety tools to better understand how our services are used and to ensure our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy are not being violated.

A limited number of authorized High Potentials AI personnel may review your data when legally required, such as investigating security incidents and potential misuse of our services, and complying with our legal obligations. For how long is business data retained?

Inputs and outputs are automatically deleted within 30 days, unless (a) otherwise agreed in writing, (b) High Potentials AI is legally required to retain them because, for example, they are flagged as potentially violating our Terms of Service or AUP.

Does High Potentials AI sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Can I use the xAI API to run a competing service?

No. You are prohibited from directly using or having someone else use the High Potentials AI API to lease our service or to develop or run any service similar to or competitive with any xAI service. See our Enterprise Terms of Service.

What is the minimum age to use the High Potentials AI API?

You must be 18 years old or older to use the High Potentials AI API.
