These guidelines are intended solely for law enforcement and other government agencies with legal requests or demands for HP.AI LLC pursuant to valid legal process. HP.AI LLC will not respond to requests submitted by non-law enforcement or government agencies via our online information request portal.

Legal requests from non-government entities (including private entities) must be served on HP.AI LLC’s registered agent. HP.AI LLC does not and will not waive any objections, including the lack of jurisdiction or proper service.

Submission Requirements

Non-public information about our users will not be released except as required by appropriate legal process such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant. Upon receipt of an appropriate request, we will disclose responsive information specified in the legal process and which we are reasonably able to retrieve. HP.AI LLC will not process overly broad or vague requests.

All requests to HP.AI LLC are required to include the following information:

1. Addressed to HP.AI LLC

2. Issued on official law enforcement or government agency letterhead, or in a form prescribed by law

3. Be signed by a competent authority with power to issue compulsory orders

4. Specify exactly what information is required and how it pertains to HP.AI LLC and your investigation

5. Contain sufficient information to identify the relevant HP.AI LLC user(s) that are the subject of the legal request.
